Jennifer Simpson, an orphan from Granite Orphanage in Romsdalen, Norway, along with her friends Laura Harrington, Anne, and Lotte, are adopted on September 14, 1995, by a wealthy recluse named Simon Barrows and are escorted to his mansion by their teacher, Mary Barrows. The mansion is known as the "Clock Tower", named after its most predominant feature, and the girls are eager to live in their new home. The game immediately begins with the five of them walking towards the Barrows Mansion.

00:03:18 Main Foyer Scene
Mary and the girls settle in the main foyer. Mary instructs them to wait there in the foyer and leaves to find Mr. Barrows, but she takes an unusually long time. Jennifer offers to investigate, but upon leaving the room, a scream is heard from the main foyer. Jennifer returns to find the lights are off and the girls are missing. Unnerved, Jennifer begins searching the rest of the mansion.

After her friends are missing, she soon finds herself being stalked by a murderous little boy with deformed features, wielding a giant pair of scissors.

Jennifer discovers Laura's corpse hanged in the bathtub and Jennifer being chased after a boy with giant pair of scissors show from the bathtub, this is the first-time Jennifer ran from the murderer.

After she hide, Jennifer remembered that she saw the light from the shed in the courtyard when she was first looking for Marry and decided to return to the crack in the wall near the courtyard window.

00:24:28 Who in the Jail?
Jennifer successfully entered the courtyard of the mansion and she go to the shed.
She found someone locked up in jail. where the person is very hungry and Jennifer decides to find food for the person.

00:25:29 Pool Scene (Anne Death)
After Jennifer came out of the courtyard and try to look for some food, Jennifer heard screams from the window near the pool. That scream is Anne who was being chased by the Scissorman.
Anne was pushed into the pool and Jennifer tried to help her but Jennifer was too late to help Anne because Scissorman was already in the pool.

Jennifer escape herself and closed the hole to the courtyard. Jennifer decided to run away using the car she found, but Jennifer still can't decide whether she should leave lotte and Miss Marry?

00:31:05 Being Betrayed
Jennifer meets Miss Marry and tells her that her friends are dead and Marry tries to cheer up Jennifer by giving her a drink. but she doesn't know that drink has been poisoned.

01:29:53 Altar Scene (Lotte Death)
Lotte was burned alive in the altar to be used as a Sacrifice

01:36:24 Ending
Jennifer turn on the Clock Tower and make Bobby Fall to death crushing by the Clock Tower Gear

01:38:57 Extra Ending
Dan still survives and will take revenge on Jennifer.
