This week, in a special session for Valentine’s Day, Strictly Come Dancing judge Shirley Ballas and her partner Daniel Taylor are singing "Islands in the Stream", as it’s the first song Daniel ever sang to Shirley when they first met. Aaaaah....:-)
We hope The Smiling Sessions help support everyone who is shielding or cut off as a result of the pandemic. We want to reach out and connect with as many people as possible who are in need of their spirits being lifted and also raise awareness of the power of song and the impact singing has on health, well-being and mindfulness, no matter what your age may be.
