this is a combined transfer of four acetates that were recorded off of the radio on july 9th, 1950 by gerson d. bender in los angeles. it was of a u.s. steel presented "summer concert" on NBC/KFI at 8 PM EDT. i found these at a goodwill, and fell in love with his custom label + handwriting! he got some of the information wrong though, so i have corrected them below (but kept the label's titles in the timestamps)
