To win: Join the live chat on my live streams, from now (May 9th 2021) until the winning draw weekend (date yet not announced.) You must comment in the live chat and mention that you would like to be entered for the giveaway. Joining every live chat and mentioning you would like to enter the giveaway will gain you another entry into the giveaway. Example: Joining into 4 different live streams and mentioning the giveaway entry will give you 4 entries into the random draw generator and increase your odds of winning. You may only be entered once per live stream. Creating multiple accounts to increase your odds of winning is against Youtube rules (Community Guidelines.)

The winning draw will be first weekend after game release on a live stream on this account (Juan Rempel.) (Clause: If I do not get home that weekend due to my job, the live stream will be held the following weekend that I am home.) Entries will be entered onto a random draw generator website and a winner chosen randomly by the website. You do not have to be present on the winning live stream to win but showing up at the final live stream will give you another entry.

Official rules: Giveaway is open to everybody (excluding those living in Quebec.) Minors must have parental consent. Complying with Canadian laws, the winner of the giveaway must be able to answer a time-limited, multi-step/multi-operational mathematical skill testing question. The winning copy of Farming Simulator 22 (FS 22) FOR PC will either be a copy sent on Steam (so you need a valid/verified account that can accept friend requests and gifts) or will be purchased by me (Juan) from the official website and sending you the game key to activate the game on Steam. The game may not be substituted for another game, or another platform version of the game, and may not be substituted for Steam gift card value unless the first two ways of sending the game can not be completed – henceforth if a gift card must be sent, it will be for the amount that I (Juan) would be purchasing the game for in Canadian funds. The gift card value would be sent in Canadian dollars and it may be a lower amount in your currency. My Steam Friend Friend Code is: 77811592 . We have to be friends for at least 3 days on Steam in order for you to receive gift (this is a Steam policy and not a giveaway rule.)

Anti-Spam Act (Canada) and Privacy Policy: Your name and accounts (Youtube/Steam) will not be collected, sold, or distributed to anybody else. Your name/account names will be solely used just to enter you into the giveaway, and then used to send the gift if you are the winner. I will keep a personal handwritten notepad with names/account list, which will be destroyed after the giveaway. Becoming my friend on Steam to accept the gift (for at least 3 days) is the easiest way to receive the gift, but it is not required for you to be on my friends list for any length of time besides that. Your name/account name may show up on the live stream giveaway – if you would like your account name to be hidden, please tell me what other name to use in its place. By default I will use your Youtube name that you commented with, but I do need to know your Steam account name to gift you the game if you win. Youtube is not affiliated, nor does it endorse this giveaway in any way. Youtube is not a sponsor of this giveaway, nor is Steam, Giant's Software, or any other 3rd party that I forgot to mention. I am required to tell you that Youtube (and any of the other 3rd parties) are not liable in any way for this giveaway and the prize.

I must also provide you with a link to the Community guidelines, and tell you that entries that don't comply will be disqualified. Once again, entries that are valid are: made on my live streams and mention you want to be entered into the giveaway. You must also provide me (at least once) your Steam name or a way to give you the prize. You may not use multiple accounts/anything that could be considered spam or deceptive practice.
