The Bill of Rights, which is comprised of the first ten amendments to the Constitution, guarantees individual rights and limits the power of the federal government. These two documents are essential to understanding the rights and responsibilities of citizens in our country.

My Prepper Journey started when I graduated from High Risk Survival Training in t Army. I was a Paratrooper and Flight Medic on active duty in the 160th SOAR and a Medic in the Indiana and Kentucky Army National Guard. With each combat deployment and mission I went on, I realized the importance of prepping and saw firsthand the consequences for failing to prepare. After active duty, I became a Registered Nurse from Eastern Kentucky University with my ASN, then Marian University with my BSN and then a Family Nurse Practitioner from Indiana WesleyanUniversity. I completed a Post Graduate Fellowship in Integrative and Alternative Medicine from George Washington University. The Suburban Prepper is a Service Connected Disabled ( Abled) Combat Veteran and often writes about military and veteran issues along with prepping
