This episode spans the first 2 days of our Spiti Road Trip 2017. The highway we travel on is now renamed to NH5 from NH22. In the past, this was called the Hindustan Tibet road. Ever since it's construction in the 60s, it remains the only link of Spiti with the outside world which is open 12 months a year.
