This was a sort of midway experimental fudge to see if I could work out a better peanut butter fudge recipe, and I wanted to play it safe by pairing it with dark chocolate (anything sweet paired with dark chocolate is usually always a winner).
If you're not completely sold on the idea of peanut butter (I'm not), this is a great transition fudge that bridges the gap. It's also super quick and easy, and the thing that takes the longest time to make is actually the coconut condensed milk
Ingredients for the Coconut Condensed Milk
1 Can Coconut Milk (400ml)
80g Sugar
½tsp Vanilla Extract
Ingredients for the Peanut Butter Fudge
10g Cocoa Powder
75g Peanut Butter
Ingredients for the Dark Chocolate Fudge
10g Cocoa Powder
75g 70-85% Dark Chocolate (vegan)
Flaky sea salt to finish
