This sleepy fur seal (Arctocephalus forsteri) pup was spotted yawning its way into the day at Betty’s Beach, just 50 km east of #AmazingAlbanyWA (Kinjarling). The small camping area offers direct beach access and stunning coastal views. It’s 2WD accessible, but the access road is steep with limited turnaround space. Camping isn’t permitted on the beach, and the site is closed to camping from mid-February to the end of April (day use only during this time). Worth it for mornings like this though.
