Innovative natural gas regasification plant at Suzano's lime kilns, Brazil

Описание: @PRF Gas Solutions is proud to have contributed to the successful start-up of the natural gas regasification plant at Suzano's Lime Kilns unit in Imperatriz. In collaboration with Eneva, and with the support of our local partner, Sondotécnica this project marks a key step in the energy transition, highlighting the vital role of natural gas as a cleaner, more sustainable energy source.

The newly constructed plant features:

8 tanks of 100m³ each, ensuring a substantial storage capacity.
6 atmospheric vaporizers, optimizing the regasification process for improved efficiency.
Gas metering and regulation skid with online chromatography, providing real-time gas quality monitoring.
2 unloading bays with centrifugal pumps, enabling fast and efficient handling of the gas.
A gas flow capacity of 160,000 Nm³/day, supporting stable and flexible operations.
TETRA FUEL combustion, offering the flexibility to use natural gas (NG), hydrogen (H2), methanol (MeOH), or BPF oil, contributing to operational stability and decarbonization.
