🔥In this video, I show how I built a custom 51.2V LiFePO4 battery for my electric ATV using a laser engraver instead of a 3D printer.
🔸I chose the laser engraver because the battery holder can be made in about 1 hour, while with a 3D printer it would take at least a full day. This makes the process much faster, more efficient, and still very precise.
🔸From designing the battery layout to assembling the cells, spot welding, and connecting the BMS — I walk you through the entire process step by step. You’ll also see the battery in action, powering the ATV through tough, muddy terrain.
