I Eat This A5 Wagyu Sandwich Everyday

SAMBAL AIOLI:
1/2C sambal olek (sriracha is good enough)
1/2C mayo
big pinch of sugar
small pinch of salt


A5 SWAGYU:
1 a5 wagyu
salt (not optional)

cook until done


ASIAN COLESLAW:
1C Pickled Cabbage
1tbs mayo
1tbs sesame seeds (toasted and roasted)
1/2tsp sesame oil
pinch of salt


PICKLED CABBAGE:
5c red cabbage (shredded)
3c white vinegar
2c sugar
1c water
1/2tbs salt
1/4c pickling spices (optional)

bring everything but the cabbage to a boil, then pour over the cabbage
let this cool before refrigerating for at least 24 hours
