Mounting yet another assault, AAP MLA Vinod Kumar Binny accused the party of "cheating" the people of Delhi by backtracking on its election promises and called chief minister Arvind Kejriwal a "dictator". The Laxmi Nagar MLA, who was sulking after being left out of the Cabinet last month, addressed a press conference where he slammed the leadership on a range of issues and said taking support of Congress to form the government was a "compromise of the party's principles"
