It's been a little while since we did a chaos construction on the channel but we put that right tonight by attempting mellowrobinson's fantastic Chaos Construc - to - N. This has a very original ruleset but this gives rise to some wonderful logic and an almost miracle-esque quality to the solve.

Rules
Divide the grid into nine regions, each consisting of nine orthogonally connected cells. Fill every cell with a digit 1-9 without repeats in any row, column, or region. A clue outside Row or Column N indicates the sum of all digits up to the cell that contains the digit N. (The digit N itself is not included in the sum.) Eg The 24 clue in row 4 gives the sum of the digits up to (but not including) the 4 in that row. A question mark (?) stands for any number greater than zero. Additionally, all digits up to the digit N are in the same region, and the digit N is in a different region.
