Doctrine and Strategy Seminar is an annual flagship event of Headquarters Army Training Command (ARTRAC) conducted under the aegis of Army War College (AWC).
The Seminar provides a forum where contemporary doctrinal and conceptual aspects related to Armed Forces and the Indian Army are discussed.
The topic for the 23rd Doctrine and Strategy Seminar was ‘Indian Army: Transition to Digital Era Warfare’. The seminar was held at Army War College, Mhow and was attended by 1200 officers at 127 different locations, via video conferencing.
Seven eminent speakers from India and abroad including Academicians, Entrepreneurs and Senior Officers, both serving and veterans, addressed the seminar.
The seminar was conducted on the following themes:
(a) Theme 1: The Onset of the Digital Era.
(b) Theme 2: Enabling the Transition to Digital Era Combat in the Indian Context.
