The Slider Push Up Fly is a challenging push up variation that targets the chest, triceps, and core. To get started:
1. Place your hands on top of a pair of sliders on the ground and get into a push up position with your hands shoulder width apart and directly underneath your shoulders.
2. With your core strong, slide both sliders wide and outside your body as you lower into a push up.
3. Press both hands through the floor as you slide both sliders back to the original position.
4. Repeat for reps.
