I don't have PSP yet so I'm limited to my old PS1 game of Star Ocean 2: The Second Story.
This is my collection of videos of characters soloing the Iselia Queen. I used a variety of techniques per character, some are easier to accomplish some are not. In these videos I used EVERYTHING I've got, short of the Bloody Armor trick (because that, for me, is way too much). All characters are at Level 255 and have full stats.
I know many people have done this before, but I noticed there aren't any demonstrations on YouTube, so I decided to upload these for my personal collection as well as for anyone who wants to see how each character can be tweaked to beat this boss.

Claude is definitely the easiest character to use to beat anyone in the game, so his video is the shortest and fastest.
Claude is already incredibly strong at Max level and doesn't even need the Berserk Ring to deal 9999+ damage. Just make sure he uses a Care Tablet so he won't get turned to stone, because even with high AVD, he still can get hit from behind.
