Here’s a simple and delicious Bread Oreo Cake recipe that doesn’t require an oven — perfect for a quick dessert using everyday ingredients!
🍰 Bread Oreo Cake (No Oven, No Egg)
Ingredients:
8–10 slices of white or brown bread (edges removed)
20 Oreo biscuits
1 cup milk (adjust as needed)
2 tbsp sugar (optional, depending on sweetness preference)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla essence (optional)
Butter or oil (for greasing)
Chocolate syrup, crushed Oreos, or sprinkles (for topping)
🔪 Instructions:
1. Prepare the Oreo Mixture:
Crush the Oreo biscuits (with cream) into a fine powder using a mixer or rolling pin.
Add milk gradually and blend to form a smooth, pourable batter.
Mix in baking powder and vanilla essence (optional).
2. Prepare the Bread Base:
Trim the edges off the bread slices.
Dip or lightly soak each slice in a bit of milk to soften (don’t over-soak).
Layer the slices in a greased cake tin, pan, or even a deep dish — pressing them down to form a base.
3. Layering:
Pour a layer of Oreo batter over the bread base.
Add another layer of bread slices, then more Oreo batter.
Repeat if needed, ending with Oreo batter on top.
4. Cooking Options:
Stovetop Method:
Place the cake tin in a large pan with a lid.
Add some water to the outer pan (not inside the cake tin).
