Convoy Records is a Dutch underground techno label ran by the Arnhem-based Bjar, and has also featured music by BAJO and Dillect on the inaugral release.
The second EP titled 'Orka' is from the label head himself Bjar, who also lists tracks on top imprints such as Kracht's Krachtvoer, Rave Your Soul, Fast Dogs, and LABURNÜM.
For this DT:Premiere we selected "Bleu" with a punchy sound. Raw, rolling percussion lights the way, but its the fluttering, moody synth stabs that draw you into the hypnotic vibe. Throw in some breathy vocals, mechanical touches and sweeping atmospherics for a tension-filled ride.
