Hey friends! In today’s video, I’m crafting a jeweler’s saw designed specifically for my personal use. I’ve aimed to make it as practical and reliable as possible. For the construction, I’m using 4.5mm thick titanium, which I cut from a titanium sheet with a cut-off machine. Then, on the lathe, I shape all the necessary components for assembly, ensuring precision and top-notch quality.

The blade screws are made of brass, which gives them durability and strength. For the handle, I chose cherry wood and coated it with oil to enhance its appearance and make it comfortable to hold.

This jeweler’s saw combines a solid build with functionality, making it a must-have tool for my future projects.
