Yoga and CBD have a lot in common. Both bring about balance: yoga through a series of postures, breath work and meditation and CBD through its direct impact on the endocannabinoid system that is hardwired to create homeostasis and equilibrium throughout the body.
Indeed, some of the feelings of wellbeing felt during yoga are a direct result of the endocannabinoid system producing its own feel good neurotransmitter, Anandamide. So either way you look at it, they are indelibly linked.
We at Endoca know from personal experience how combining CBD with a yoga can deepen one's practice, but we wanted to get other experienced yogis to give us their unbiased feedback.
