Life is a repeaticion with duties, and daily tasks therefore it needs some balance of lighthearted , joyful activities, do the things that make you feel abuntant and well rested bc long time inbalances in your life will manifest as sickness in the body and mind. Not to scare you but there is an energy flow in your body it's called chi or life force and when that energy is blocked for long periods of time illness develops...so really give yourself the princess/prince treatment reguraly, it's not in vain or childish to do stuff you enjoy and that relax your body AND mind.

Threat the Princess/Prince in you well so s/he can grow to be the Queen/King of his/her life with great goals and love for the self.
