Veloren - How to Spawn in Items (2022)

In this video we take a look at how to spawn in items in Veloren. This is the way to do it as of 0.13. This isn't cheating, just don't do it if you're on a server. It can ruin the experience for other players.
First, try to do a "/give_item" in the chat bar, and hit tab to autocomplete. Take a look at the naming convention: common.items.armor.alchemist.belt
Now go to windows menu, hit run, %appdata%, then hit enter. Now go to airshipper\profiles\default\assets\common\items - here is where you will look for the item you want. See how we have common/items -- now look above and look at the command convetion: common.items.
So, it is basically just the folders that your item is in. For example, for food, you'd go to the food folder airshipper\profiles\default\assets\common\items\food -- the command you would enter would be something like /give_item common.items.food.apple
