Plane Spotting Zurich Airport 21-2-2024 | Go Around In Beautiful Scenery

Описание: Day two at the beautiful airport of Zurich! Once again the weather was brilliant! And with snow still on the ground it was just perfect! The very first shot you'll see is taken from the window of my hotel room. I stayed in the Ibis Budget hotel just south of runway 34. In the mornings, the airport operated landing traffic here, and so the first early morning arrivals pretty much became my alarmclock! With darkness slowly fading, I made my way to the first spotting place of the day, the P3 parkinggarage. It was pretty hard work filming here but the results were very nice! I got the arrivals in the first sunlight of the day, including two United Airlines Boeing 767's. Sometimes the light was very special. Also a nice catch here was a Boeing 737-800 freighter from El Al. I also made a couple of shots from the P6 parking garage before heading to the runway 14 landing spot. I really had a great time there, with a couple of heavy arrivals including an Edelweiss Airbus A340-300 and an Emirates A380. Some fun stuff came past in the form of nice private jets and a Dornier 328. Meanwhile I could also film some of the heavy departures lifting off from runway 16 with an amazing backdrop! I filmed an Edelweiss A340 doing the big left turn all the way until crossing the airport again and flying out heading west, really incredible to see! The weather brightened up in the afternoon. More nice movements came through like a Qatar Airways A350, a Turkish Airlines A321 special Euroleague livery, and more nice private jets. Later I did some overhead shots. It was here that I captured an Edelweiss A320 go around because a CHair A319 was not off the runway yet. I also filmed another beautiful Edelweiss A340 here, one of the best shots I made this trip!
