The mother was arrested, tried and convicted for the negligent death of the couples then 2-year-old son. Do you hear me? The mother caused the couple's child to die, while the father was at work trying to provide for his family? The child drowned in a community hot tub in the mothers care. Now the couples other child has attempted suicide again in the mothers care. If this same action was reversed or it happened to you would you idiots respond in the same way? If you don't know what's going on with the case my advice is to not say a word.

Family Court Pro-Se-Litigant & Military Veteran; Burke Hall puts on his case in Judge Sandra Pomrenze Courtroom

On December 28, 2018, Veterans in Politics court observers visited the Clark County Family Court to observe case # D-16-538315-S Vanessa Loftis, Plaintiff vs. Burke Hall, Defendant for custody of their two minor children. The case was heard in Department P Courtroom 10 Judge Sandra Pomrenze.

Immediately when the court observers attempted to enter the courtroom they were denied access by the courtroom Marshal Sharonda D. Newkirk, the case was not sealed. When challenged by the observers asking why the public was denied access the Marshal became extremely argumentative and kicked the door outward assaulting one of the court observers (an LVMPD police report is filed along with an Internal Affairs court complaint). When the court observers were finally allowed to enter the courtroom as punishment the Marshal made everyone remain standing for almost 5 minutes as seen in the first video.

This case has been going on for several years the history of the case is as follows: Mother was arrested and convicted of Negligent for the death of one of the couple’s minor children, Mother is diagnosed with severe PTSD, Mother has several complaints of Domestic Violence and Mother was also dealing with CPS (Child Protective Services).

In the video, you would notice that the Guardian-ad-Litem Frank J. Toti is scheduled to be called as a witness and doesn't have his reports with him! Instead, he asked the defendant to provide him a copy. The defendant couldn’t provide a copy of the report because the defendant who is representing himself was denied a copy by the court. Toti was grossly unprepared and uninterested in the case.

The father is representing himself as a pro-se-litigant because he cannot afford legal representation and we found out Mel Grimes attorney for mom said that the only reason he took the case is that he didn’t like Steve Sanson War on Family Court. After making this statement to the father in court Grimes asked for attorney’s fees. Grimes should be stuck with all attorney’s fees and cost.
