Last weekend I went to my first Railway Modelling Show since 2020. It’s been a long time! I really enjoyed myself and the inspiration and communication I took away was priceless. Many of the big layouts I had seen before but they were always behind barriers and just out of view for really good look at the modelling. I particularly enjoyed the challenge layouts and this gave me the drive to achieve something myself. Much of them were in complete form but a few were still works in progress. The level of skill at that size in pretty mind blowing, I’m looking forward to the next time I can enjoy some more fine modelling!
