Описание:
Wash and soak basmati rice for 30 minutes.
Boil water with whole spices and salt.
Add rice and cook till 80% done.
Drain and keep aside.
Step 2: Prepare Chicken Masala
Heat oil + ghee in a pan.
Fry sliced onions until golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté.
Add tomatoes, turmeric, chili powder, and salt. Cook till soft.
Add chicken and cook 5–7 minutes.
Add curd, garam masala, biryani masala, mint leaves add.
📝 Ingredients:
For Rice:
2 cups basmati rice
4–5 cups water
2 bay leaves
4 cloves
2 cardamom
1 small cinnamon stick
Salt as needed
For Chicken Masala:
500g chicken (medium pieces)
2 large onions (thinly sliced)
2 tomatoes (chopped)
2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 cup curd (dahi)
2–3 green chilies
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp biryani masala
Fresh coriander & mint leaves
2 tbsp oil + 1 tbsp ghee
Salt to taste.
