Continuing the tradition from the Rockman EXE (Mega Man Battle Network) series, the Nintendo DS follow-up Ryusei no Rockman (Mega Man Star Force) featured a crossover collaboration with Bokura no Taiyou DS: Django & Sabata (Boktai DS). When the game was localized as Mega Man Star Force, all references to Boktai DS, now known as Lunar Knights, were cut from the game.
This mainly includes several Battle Cards featuring Lunar Knights characters, the ability to form a BrotherBand with a Lunar Knights player and trade items and equipment, and a brief crossover scenario featuring Lunar Knights boss Margrave Rymer, accessible at any time after the Gemini Spark chapter.
In this video, the crossover scenario has been translated and ported to the English version of the game. While most of the cutscene data was left in the ROM, all of the scenario text was either left in Japanese or cut entirely.
