All though this is not a surprise it is still absolutely devastating. Katina was such a beautiful and perfect whale and I am so happy that I was able to see her pretty often for years now. it was always so wonderful to see her and it is heartbreaking to know that I will never see her again. this video shows some of my favorite memories of her through out the years and I feel as though it shows what a beautiful and amazing animal she was
I made this a little while back to one of my favorite songs about saying goodbye.
I do not think that I will be active in the community much at all at least for a little while as it will be too overwhelming. I am supposed to be going to see the orcas very soon and I imagine that it will be very hard to go there and know that she's not there.
