Easy to do, doesn't take too long, no expensive materials. Build a few of these Survivor fire challenge tables and make a good party game!
Hope this helps clarify how I did it. I watched the shows fire challenge a few times and paused at the right places to at least figure out the basics.
I am 100% sure you could built a prettier version, but this will work.
