Happy New Year, and lets start off with our 2023 Whisky of the Year's first contender. The 2022 Springbank 25 is a blend of 40% Bourbon, 60% Sherry casks. There are 1,300 bottles of this made and it introduced a new box with a matt finish, which is a huge improvement.
