« On November 23rd of last year, my father passed away. I think I started realizing it some months ago. Our relationship was the weirdest. We'd love each other as much as we'd hate each other. Today, I bear a burden: culpability for the rest of my life. Because we were so sad together and drowned into darkness, I thought at this point, it was me or him. And having sacrificed myself until then for him, I decided to leave. I decided to choose egoism. He passed away just after that. I remember some days before, we were having a violent debate on the phone. And yet the last message he sent the day of his death was "I love you". Yes, that was the paradox of our life together.

Some days before, he discovered this movie "Merry Christmas, Mr Lawrence" and talked a lot about it, telling me everyday to watch it. But I didn't. I just remembered the main theme that I was hearing very loud the night he watched it for the first time. This song wandered in my mind until I found the courage to finally watch the damn movie!!...

And here I am, paying tribute to my father.
You might have noticed the "clown" vibe, hm? A kind of self-deprecation.»

I am very thankful to PurpleSchala and PitTan who listened to my story and accepted to work on this arrangement for me when I was too moved to do it by myself. I deadly wanted to have them on this cover because I loved how they play music with their whole soul and send deep emotions to the ear. This is what I needed for repentance. I can't express my grattitude...
