Описание: The Shropshire Union Canal Society has been working hard restoring the Montgomery Canal Some photographs of the 6th of June and a few days later great progress was made during the weekend won't be long before this section is in water again walked along the canal towards the wern canal basin Hopefully It'll be restored here soon and boats will return they'll Be able to turn round and go back up the Montgomery Canal The canal bed is full of reeds and may even hold water if refilled we should speed up the restoration progress There is less than two mile gap of dry canal bed that needs restoring before the Montgomery Canal is once again In water to the Welsh border
