What actually happens after you submit an observation to a participatory science project? From revealing monarch migration routes and identifying important roosting trees, to developing best management practices and identifying conservation priority areas for bumble bees, community-submitted observations are fueling scientific research and informing conservation action. Participatory science has become a powerful tool for understanding the natural world, and with new technologies and programs, its impact continues to grow. Join us to explore how contributions from everyday people are helping scientists learn more about monarchs and bumble bees, and what you can do to help!
