Posture: Chest forward with Shoulder blades pulled back. Pull your rib-cage down to activate your core! Hold the KB "Bottoms-Up" with your elbow/upper-arm parallel to the floor.
Action: Keep optimal posture (Chest forward, Shoulder blades pulled back, and Rib-cage down) while walking forward. Make sure to keep the elbow/upper-arm parallel to the floor at all times!
Cue: "Balance the Tray of Food to the Table"
