It is set just when Covid 19 was announced, where governments use search engine data to create AI personality, and issue implants to humans in the guise of immunity jabs, this turns people over time into cyborgs. these cyborgs are used as a deterrent against people that disregard the safety rules, risking peoples lives out of their selfishness
