The production of recombinant baculovirus expression vectors involves the following steps
1. A gene of interest is inserted into the MCS of Transfer vector and propagated in E. coli.
2. Next, insect cells in culture are cotransfected with AcMNPV DNA and the Transfer vector carrying the cloned gene.
3. Selection of recombinant AcMNPV genome virus particle
