A short clip with the round model to compare the IR to a real guitar cab. Output L of the Iridium is the standard IR recorded directly. Output R has a null IR loaded and goes into the Orange pedalbaby 100 into the Diezel 112 cab with a Weber silverbell recorded with the Line6 sonicport. I switch between the IR signal and the microphone signal.
The orange pedalbaby is a perfect poweramp for the Iridium when you want to use it as a preamp to get more amp-like sound and feel and it is powerful enough in a band. The Weber silverbell works great with all amp models. There are differences but I think with better microphone techniques you could get closer.
The IR signal can always be used for recording or into a mixing console.
