Ingredients :
2 Tablespoon flour to make Roux
11/2 cup coconut milk I use real authentic coconut milk I made .
1 Cup pasta cooked
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon all purpose seasoning
2 Tablespoon butter
Parsley Flakes for garnish
Onion (1 Teaspoon)
Bell peppers (1 Teaspoon)
Escallion (1 Teaspoon)
*All ingredients act as a guide you can either add or take off from your ingredients*
