The real estate market is going to change once the this eviction ban is lifted in late January of 2021 and Congress has finally passed the second stimulus check and what does that mean for you?

If you make $75,000 or less annually
You will qualify for the $600 payment

If you make between $75,000 and $95,000 annually
You will only qualify for a portion of the payment

If you are a married couple and make less than $150,000 together annually
You both will receive the $600 payment

If you are an undocumented resident
You will not likely qualify for the payment

If you are a dependent on your parents tax returns
You will not receive the payment, but your parents will receive $600 per child
