Don't be alarmed by the amount of garlic in this dish, it poaches in the liquid and becomes very mild. The taste is amazing!
Ingredients:
6 skinless chicken breast cut into thirds
slat
pepper
thyme
40 cloves of garlic
4 tablespoons of flour
1/4 cup of cream or whole milk
3 tablespoons of butter
