Bodycam video shows dispute between family, cops; family demands justice

Описание: A family got into a dispute with Harrisburg Police after calling them for help, and one of them was arrested, all seen in bodycam footage given exclusively to CBS 21.

The Brooks family of Harrisburg filed a citizen's complaint, after the incident that happened on March 31, 2023 on North 17th Street.

They initially called police for help when they no longer wanted someone to sleep at their home, and that person came person came to pick up belongings. At one point, the officer tells that person to go into the house through the window, and the person responds saying he's not on the lease, and he's not going to break in.
