Things were looking up for Bigtincan (BTH) after a year of negative sentiment that drove the share price form $1.50 to a low of 45c.
A well-received September quarter saw the share price rally 25% on October 27 and a further 14% on October 31 .... and more importantly this rally held strong during November
Then Decemeber happened
And a ununsual decision my management to undergo a capital raising at 60c a few days after a takeover bid was announced at 80c.
Shareholders and the market were not happy and punished BTH, sending the share price below the CR price of 60c
