Salted Caramel Smoothie
Recipe:
Ingredients
1½ cups unsweetened almond milk
1 ripe banana
4 pitted dates
1 tablespoon maple syrup
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon sea salt
Directions
Soak dates in warm water for 30 minutes., then drain.
Slice banana and place on a lined baking sheet.
Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Put all the ingredients in a blender or bullet.
Blend until smooth.
