Ingredients
• Milk – ½ litre
• Sugar – 1 cup (adjust as per taste)
• Corn Flour – 4–5 tbsp
(Mix with water to avoid lumps)
• Chocolate Compound – 150 gms (dark or milk)
• Makhana (Fox Nuts) – 150 gms
• Ghee – 1 tbsp
• Grated Chocolate – for garnish
• Strawberry chunks – for garnish

Preparation Steps
1. Prepare makhana powder
• Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan
• Roast 150 gms makhana on low flame until crispy
• Cool and grind into a fine powder
• Keep aside
2. Prepare chocolate base
• Boil ½ litre milk in a heavy-bottom pan
• Add 1 cup sugar and stir until dissolved
• Add corn flour slurry slowly while stirring continuously
3. Add chocolate & makhana
• Add 150 gms chocolate compound
• Stir on low flame until chocolate melts completely
• Add makhana powder and mix well
4. Thicken the mousse
• Cook on low flame, stirring continuously
• Mixture will turn thick and smooth (custard-like consistency)
5. Set & garnish
• Pour into serving bowls or container
• Garnish with grated chocolate and strawberry chunks
6. Chill & serve
• Refrigerate for 2–3 hours
• Serve chilled and enjoy 😋
