Meditation to Release Negative Energy and Thinking Raise Your Vibration

Описание: This meditation to release negative energy and thinking is for you, yes you, even if you have lived with a feeling of being trapped for months or even years. This slowly but surely raises your vibration by clearing, healing and countering any negative energy by either presenting you with the opposite emotion, guiding you through release or giving you what I hope prove to be the right imagery, companionship and words to allow you to let go with dignity. This focuses on the lowest level emotions first: shame and despair. And we move on up through regret and guilt, which also send us back down into shame. We move on up and energize mind and body with some subtle yet oh-so-powerful guidance that I sincerely hope helps to break out of despair and depression.

And we then balance anxiety or fear by focusing on what we can control.

Rising up higher, we work through lack, anger, judgement and related emotions. And we eventually surge up to embrace willingness which energizes into joy, peace and we end the meditation with a minute of reflection of insights gained today.

Repeat this meditation as often as needed and remember to not force any of these healings or clearance.

If you feel resistance to letting go of an emotion it is a sign that it is not yet time and I provide information to support you along the way.
