Nació el 12 de octubre de 1955. De la tierra de Comalcalco, Tabasco/México.

Mujer peregrina del tiempo. Mujer medicinal. Sembradora de flores y cantos en el camino con corazón.

Amante de las enseñanzas ancestrales, ha incursionado en el conocimiento de las culturas toltecas, maya, olmecas, mexicas, tibetanas e hindúes entre otras. Ha recibido desde niña, instrucciones y disciplinas para la sanación, la cosmovivencia y la espiritualidad por parte de grupos de tradición y abuelos de sabiduría antigua.

Es miembro fundador del Taller de Investigación Teatral de la UNAM en donde ha participado en más de 30 montajes de teatro ritual.

En 1986 recibió entrenamiento de Tensegridad, el arte de recuperar la energía y sus atributos, impartido por Carlos Castaneda y Florinda Doner, en el Bosque de Chapultepec.

En 1985 vivió un año en India en campamentos tibetanos recibiendo iniciaciones budistas por parte del Dalai Lama y entrenada en la danza del Sombrero Negro, el arte de arrancar al ego de raíz.

Ha realizado e imparte cursos, conferencias y ceremonias en varios países como Argentina, Suecia, Italia, Francia, Inglaterra, España, Malasya, Chile, Perú, África, Estados Unidos y México.

Fundadora y directora de la Escuela Flor y Canto en donde se comparten enseñanzas mayas toltecas basadas principalmente en seminarios, ceremonias y rituales que favorecen el despertar de la conciencia:

El arte del Temazcal; El Arte del oficio del sagrado Sahumador; El arte de la Recapitulación; El arte de la sanación; El arte de círculos sagrados femeninos; El arte de las caminatas sagradas; El arte de la meditación; Danza y meditación activa; El arte del canto medicina; El arte del tambor curativo; El arte del Altar y las Ofrendas y El arte de la Obsidiana. Siete Cuentas de Jade. El arte de la Ceremonia de Cacao. La vía de la mujer Espíritu.

Forma parte de círculos de abuelas de la sabiduría ancestral de varios países, como África, Países Bajos, Colombia, Chile, Estados Unidos, Guatemala, Perú y Australia entre otros.

Es Reiki Master, Terapéuta floral, Cristales, Herbolaria y tratamientos holísticos en general.

Da sesiones personales basadas en la psicoterapia espiritual.

Ha escrito dos libros de poesía: Ya quiero que se acabe este día. Lince editores y Tonantzin María. Senderos de lo sagrado femenino. Ed. Siembra Olmeca.

Grabó un disco compacto sobre cantos de tradición: Rezo. Cantos medicinales.

A pilgrim of time. A medicine woman. A sower of flowers and songs on the path with a heart.

A lover of ancestral teachings, she has delved into the knowledge of Toltec, Mayan, Olmec, Mexica, Tibetan and Hindu cultures, among others. Since childhood, she has received instructions and disciplines for healing, cosmo-life and spirituality from traditional groups and grandparents of ancient wisdom.

She is a founding member of the UNAM Theater Research Workshop where she has participated in more than 30 ritual theater productions.

She is a Reiki Master, Floral Therapist, Crystals, Herbalism and holistic treatments in general.

She gives personal sessions based on spiritual psychotherapy.
