Monitoring
Working on the Bugs/Incidents (JIRA, Service Now, Bugzilla, Zoho etc.)
Status Meeting with SMES
Maintenance
Preparing Preventive measures reduce recurring issues
Proving the assistance to reproduce the issues and working closely with Support Team
Monitoring:
Daily Job Monitoring
Application Jobs
Database Jobs
Archival/reporting database jobs
Working on Bugs:
Bug tracking tools (JIRA, Service Now, Bugzilla, Zoho)
Meeting SLA based on the severity (Blocker, Critical, Normal) / priority (High/Medium/Low)
Communication with users/SME/Co11aboration with other teams to resolve the issues
Provide the RCA
Status Meeting With SMES:
Weekly/Biweekly update Status meetings with Client/SME/Stake holders
Maintenance:
Preparing SOP, preventive measures to reduce recurring issues
Proving the assistance to reproduce the issues and working closely with L3 Support Team
Providing input analysis for the upgrade projects (database, application Server, Environment etc.,)
