Standard of Cleanliness was Excellent Value for Money - You Definitely got what you paid for no frills hotel Location is good
Modern rooms. Excellent pool area with cheery bar staff (well most of them). The location is good and a mixed bunch of people staying at the hotel. Been here once before and would go back.
Minuses:
Staff require customer service skills particularly at the reception area. Cleaning staff were very friendly. Food is moderate and very little choice particularly for breakfast Broadband while free is very slow, access is intermittent and very frustrating when you want to access information. Best go and pay at the pay as you go kiosks near reception Noisy particularly if you have an apartment facing the road in Block 2.
