I`m sure there are people interested to hear the difference of these popular pickups, which usually comes pre-installed in a lot of guitars, so here is the video where I compare the two. Duncan Designed pickups are in black Jackson DK2, and EMG-HZ`s are in green Jackson SLXT. Amp used in the video is Bugera 6260 paired with Harley Benton 1x12" cheap cabinet and miked with unbranded chinese mic. No EQ, compression or other post production was used.
The riffs are taken from one of the songs of my my thrash metal band, Antabus. The actual song can be heard here:
