डॉ. विकास दिव्यकीर्ति को अजमेर कोर्ट में उपस्थित होने का आदेश जारि किया गया था. यह आदेश दिव्यकीर्ति के खिलाफ मानहानि मामले का था जिसमें उन्होंने कथित रूप से कोचिंग संस्थान में न्यायपालिका और मजिस्ट्रेट के खिलाफ की गई विवादित और अशोभनीय टिप्पणी किया है. लेकिन अब इस मामले में राजस्थान हाईकोर्ट ने शिक्षाविद् डॉ. विकास दिव्यकीर्ति को बड़ी राहत दी है. अजमेर कोर्ट में उनके खिलाफ चल रही मानहानि की कार्यवाही पर फिलहाल रोक लगा दी गई है.

Vikas Divyakirti: An order was issued to Dr. Vikas Divyakirti to appear in Ajmer Court. This order was regarding the defamation case against Divyakirti in which he has allegedly made controversial and indecent remarks against the judiciary and magistrate in the coaching institute. But now in this case, the Rajasthan High Court has given a big relief to educationist Dr. Vikas Divyakirti. The defamation proceedings going on against him in Ajmer Court have been stayed for the time being.

A single bench of the High Court imposed this stay while hearing the petition of Dr. Divya Kirti.
